APM’s feel good float; BGH goes for 1 300Smiles; Hedge funds make light work of BHP

Well, M&A Monday didn’t disappoint.

Ampol confirmed its $3 billion bid for Z Energy, Spark Infrastructure and its suitors worked all Sunday night to accelerate its $5.2 billion takeover, and at the smaller end of the market there was action at 1300 Smiles, Virtus Health and Bigtincan Holdings.
