Junior Sign-Ups

Sunday, April 14th

1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

Parents, this is a great time to bring the kids out to see what junior activities the Club has to offer and sign up for an active summer. All instructors will be on-site to answer questions about junior golf, swimming lessons, swim team and tennis lessons. There will be a light buffet provided.

Ladies' Opening Dinner

Tuesday, April 16th

6:00 p.m. cocktails

6:30 p.m. dinner

This dinner is open to all ladies of the Club. Enjoy cocktails & dinner while mingling and catching up with other ladies of the Club. Staff will showcase and discuss all the new and exciting events of the 2019 season. The menu will include:

First course

Spinach, feta, cranberries,
candied pecans, balsamic vinaigrette

Second course

Petite filet,
shrimp, Iowa corn mash, lobster bisque, baby carrots

Third course
Echo cannoli, mint chocolate chip ice cream, raspberry coulis

Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday, April 20th

9:00am - 11:00am

Bring your kiddos out to the Club to see the Easter Bunny andhunt for eggs on the lawn! A pancake breakfast will be servedfrom 9:00am - 10:15am and the egg hunt will begin at 10:30am.

Adults: $24.95

Kids 5-11: $11.95

Kids 4 & under: Free

Echo Valley celebrates this special holiday by offering a delicious traditional brunch buffet as well as activities for your little ones to enjoy. Spots fill up quickly so please RSVP as soon as possible.
