Pivot Planning Workshop

 "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth." – Mike Tyson. As business leaders, we’ve all been punched in the mouth recently. It’s time for a new plan. One that will get you through this uncertain time and ensure you come out strong and ready for the future.

Get in a virtual room with one of our business coaches and a handful of other business leaders. We will focus on Defense, Stabilizing, Resetting—and then most importantly—Offense in your business. More specifically, we’ll guide you through a short-term SWOT analysis and crisis checklist that will provide the necessary clarity for you to create an actionable plan for the next 30-60-90 days.
