A handful of Big Law firms are pushing hard for their lawyers to come into the office four days a week. It might be a tough sell, but, according to observers, firms will likely find power in numbers - meaning we could soon start seeing more firms making similar moves. Also, a long-running push to challenge the constitutionality of Pennsylvania's statutory damages cap came before the state Supreme Court yesterday. Read on for details.
