Billionaire Richard White is being eyed by Australia’s corporate cop as his personal crisis continues to engulf his ASX-listed company.

Meanwhile, the chief executive of the Australian Energy Market Operator has conceded there is no guarantee the country’s energy transition will deliver cheaper power bills.

And the corporate regulator has dragged insurance giant QBE to court, alleging it wrongly charged more than 500,000 customers for at least five years.
