Keto Spicy Chicken Sandwich |
There's something irresistible about a five-napkin sandwich—its layers require two hands to grasp. Its homemade, imperfect look gives it nostalgic appeal. And it coats your fingers in tangy, spicy, sticky sauce designed for licking. Our spicy chicken sandwich is, surprisingly, keto friendly, thanks to a keto bun, pork rind-coated chicken tenders, and a mix of our Keto Certified Buffalo Sauce and Mayo with Avocado Oil. It's a keto version of a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, but one that can be made easily anytime at home. If you don't have or don't want to use keto-friendly bread, this savory, crunchy, sour, spicy sandwich can be made into a wrap—collards or romaine provide a sturdy enough leaf to contain the heft. 5 Ingredient Spicy Arrabbiata Pappardelle (15g Carbs!) |
When the sun sets in the late afternoon, the temperature chills, the winds bluster, and icy rain or snowflakes drip outside, our low-carb pappardelle with spicy arrabbiata meat sauce is a one-pot meal that spooks the winter blues. We trimmed ready-made lasagna noodles into thick strips that resemble long, wide pappardelle pasta noodles, stirred our spicy arrabbiata sauce into browned ground beef, piled this classic meat sauce and pasta dish on plates and topped with freshly grated parmesan. You get slow-simmered flavor that comes together in 15 minutes, which is exactly what you need when the season begs for cozy clothes, warm food, and snoozing early. This week, buy a Primal Kitchen® Pasta Bundle and get a free bottle of Italian Dressing! It's all of your favorite elements of an old country Sunday Dinner. |

To redeem, visit PrimalKitchen.com and add your pasta bundle to your cart. Enter the code PASTABUNDLE at checkout. Offer expires 1/12/2021 at midnight PST. Cannot be combined with any other offer. |

Well, here we are, first week of January, and we thought it would be a good idea to recap the unforgettable, crazy year that was 2020. So, today on Health Coach Radio, we are doing just that! Today’s episode is our annual year in review conversation with our lovely hosts Erin and Laura. During this episode, we talk about the interesting things we saw emerge in the health coaching field this year, along with what Erin and Laura have seen in their personal practices during this unforgettable year. We discuss the opportunities that Covid-19 presents, the change in appetite for online fitness and health coaching, the idea of crafting your “perfect day” and building your practice around that, the client-coach relationship, and much, much more. This year has not been a walk in the park, but before we bid it good-bye, let’s take one last look at some of the positives that 2020 brought to our profession. Listen Now |
