We've watched a flurry of pipeline decisions come from FERC as Mountain Valley Pipeline developers were authorized to restart construction for most of the project and we've seen the EPA start to take on the Obama-era MATS regulation and the Clean Power Plan. Who ever said August is slow in D.C.?
