Racing is back, and back with a bang. From a real race of attrition in Austria to open the season, to a thrilling wet qualifying at the same track the following week, the Red Bull Ring has certainly made up for lost time as the 2020 Formula 1 season got back under way.

And from Austria, Formula One moves on to Hungary for the final race in a triple-header of races to kick the season off. We wait to find out whether Red Bull can mount a challenge to Mercedes' first two wins of the season, whether Ferrari can get their season back on track, and if McLaren and Lando Norris can keep up their impressive opening form.

But it's not just the action on four wheels to look forward to this week, as MotoGP gets its season underway in Jerez. The drivers took to the track on Wednesday for testing ahead of this weekend's big race.

It's great to have racing back on our screens, and you can download the latest version of our desktop and mobile calendars so you don't miss a second of on-track action. We also look forward to the rest of the season with the next interview in our Which Track and Why? series, and we reveal the first winner of our £500 voucher competition - with another chance to win!
NOMINATE YOUR HERO | COMPETITION WINNER
Over the past couple of months as part of our Back on Track campaign, we asked you to nominate one friend who has been your lockdown hero, keeping you going through these uncertain times, with a prize of £500 vouchers to spend on a Motorsport Tickets experience up for grabs.
We're pleased to announce that our first winner of the competition is Paul Mullarkey, who was nominated by his wife Julia. Paul is a physicist from Cumbria, UK, who decided to buy a 3D printer to create over 500 visors which he distributed to local care homes and key workers in the community for free.

Paul's been an F1 fan since he was 15 years old, and was set for a first-ever F1 experience with Julia at this year's Hungarian Grand Prix. While that won't be able to happen, they're going to use their prize on a trip to next year's  Belgian Grand Prix instead!
We're sure you'll agree Paul is a very worthy first winner of the competition, but he won't be the last. We've just posted another chance to nominate your lockdown hero on social media. To enter, simply click the social media channel you wish to enter, comment and tag your lockdown hero and let us know why they should win, and you could be our next winner!

FEATURE | WHICH TRACK & WHY
With domestic sport beginning to happen behind-closed-doors, F1 is the first truly global sport to begin since the pandemic took hold. In typical F1 fashion, the sport will be travelling far and wide to some iconic locations. In our Which Track and Why? series, we're asking faces from around the paddock to tell us about their favourite circuits.
This week, Motorsport Network's Director of Digital Strategy Jess McFadyen tells us about her first-ever race in the grandstands at Spa-Francorchamps. She tells us why it's such an iconic track, why the Belgian atmosphere is second-to-none, and the best places at the track to sit to catch the action.

And if Jess' interview has convinced you that the Belgian Grand Prix is the perfect track for your next race experience, tickets are now on sale for next season's race!
