Bayside Plantation, the historic property in Iberia Parish that was sold five years ago to a New Orleans family, is back on the market and listed for $1.9 million. The 174-year-old property that spans 11.8 acres was listed last month in a deal that includes several buildings on the grounds along with a 4,462-square-foot home, said Jeanne Boughton, a real estate agent ReMax NO Properties.
