Prof. Luis Vega takes possession of his place as Academician of the RAC Professor Luis Vega, researcher at the Basque Center for Applied Mathematics – BCAM and professor at the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibersitatea (UPV/EHU), has taken up his seat as a Full Member of the Royal Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences of Spain (RAC). In the ceremony of possession, held at the headquarters of the RAC, Prof. Vega read his speech on “Fourier Analysis and differential equations, new challenges” with a response from Prof. Juan Luis Vázquez Suárez.
