Removal of entries from GB Article 95 list

Suppliers that have failed to submit the relevant information to HSE have been removed from the GB Article 95 list.

To remain on the GB Article 95 list, suppliers must provide important information to HSE. Where suppliers fail to submit this information, HSE is required to remove them from the list.

If you are a GB Article 95 supplier and believe you have provided the relevant information but have been removed from the list, please contact us.

GB biocidal product manufacturers, suppliers or distributors are advised to check that your active substance supplier has remained on the list.

If your supplier has been removed from the list, you will need to change to a compliant active substance supplier or alternatively, you can submit an application for your company to be added to the GB Article 95 list. You should do this as soon as possible to maintain access to the GB market.
