But the most recent generation to come of age, Generation Z, has had to do so in the face of a declining world. The monetary expansion of the past is now being reckoned with in terms of inflation, while the societal impacts of this decline are only just beginning.
The author of this piece describes his own observations of members of this generation, and how they often seem to lack direction and positive orientation in the world.
