OPENINGS/CLOSINGS Gunselman’s Steakhouse & Bar sets opening date Gunselman’s Steakhouse & Bar is slated to open next week in the old Olmsted Falls Library at 7928 Main St. in Olmsted Falls. After a private ribbon cutting Tuesday, July 9, the restaurant will open its doors at 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 10. Gunselman’s original location has been in Fairview Park since 1936. A to-go location was opened in Rocky River in 2022. The new restaurant is billed as a blend of polished-casual dining on the main level with cozy ambiance of an open-air pub on the lower level. READ MORE 808 Shave Ice expands with Telos Food Truck The Telos Food Truck is a new concept from the owners of 808 Shave Ice, with locations in Avon, Fairview Park and Strongsville.
