ISIS playbook: Shamsud-Din Jabbar's attack on Bourbon Street closely followed instructions that the terrorist group ISIS promotes online and in magazines, experts say. President-elect Donald Trump announced Tuesday he would change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the "Gulf of America," a comment that has since attracted attention worldwide. Mark Ballard has the story. Limited diversity: While 60% of public school students in Louisiana are non-White, only a quarter of teachers are people of color. Wilfred Wright, a teacher at Samuel J.
