Did you know we offer classes on brain health?
While some people like using BrainHQ independently, others have told us that it would be great to use BrainHQ as part of an overall brain fitness class. So for the past year, we have offered an online, 10-week course called “The Fundamentals of Brain Health.” The classes help users learn more about BrainHQ, as well as the science of brain health and how to make lifestyle choices that are good for the brain. |
