BREAKING: 16 killed by Russian missile at a market in eastern Ukraine, the deadliest attack in months

A child was among at least 16 people killed when Russian forces hit a market in an eastern Ukrainian city, officials said Wednesday.

The attack came hours after Secretary of State Antony Blinken touched down in the country’s capital, Kyiv, in a show of U.S. support.
