| Federal authorities charged James Mathew Bradley Jr., 60, with transporting immigrants in the U.S. illegally, an incident that resulted in the deaths of 10 people. The complaint filed Monday accuses Bradley of driving a trailer packed with immigrants for "commercial advantage or private financial gain." The charge carries the possibility of the death penalty. At least 30 people were rushed to the hospital and eight bodies were discovered in sweltering trailer of a big rig in a Walmart parking lot in San Antonio early Sunday. Two of those injured later died.
