BREAKING NEWS: At least 10 reported dead, 150 believed trapped in India bridge collapse

At least 10 people have died and another 150 are believed to be trapped following the collapse of a partially built highway bridge in the Indian city of Kolkata, police say. Local media report that large concrete slabs fell onto passing street traffic and bystanders are using their bare hands to try and rescue people from the rubble.
