The Senate passed legislation that will provide aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan after months of delays. The bill, which will also create a pathway for the U.S. to ban TikTok nationwide, now heads to President Joe Biden to sign into law.

Once enacted, TikTok would have up to one year to divest from its China-based owner or face a U.S. ban. The company has promised to fight the law in court.
