President Donald Trump halts tariffs on all USMCA goods until April 2.
Imports compliant with the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement from both Canada and Mexico will be free of tariffs until April 2, the president announced Thursday afternoon.
Trump extended the pause for such imports from Mexico earlier in the day, but did not mention goods from Canada initially.
