Each year, Foodbank SA distributes more than seven million meals, but demand has increased alarmingly and the charity wants to ensure no one goes without.
This is happening right on our doorstep, in metro Adelaide and regional towns right across the State.

While it may have rained a little, it didn't stop the dancing, music playing, and smiles on everyone's faces as The Pageant was back on the streets of Adelaide.
To honour it's 90th anniversary, the parade started with a new float celebrating 90 years, surrounded by a 90-person brass band, led by legendary jazz musician James Morrison and featuring ABC Radio Adelaide's Drive presenter Jules Schiller and Drive producer Adam Jones on the trumpet.
ABC Radio Adelaide Breakfast presenter Nikolai Beilharz and ABC News Breakfast reporter Charles Brice also joined in the fun, dressing up as clowns. |
