*02 more days until VNTR Roadshow HCMC, February 17 2022 Vietnam National Trade Repository (VNTR) is a UK government funded project in support of the Ministry of Investment and Trade (MOIT) to develop a National Trade Repository that will be linked to the ASEAN Trade Repository (ATR) (https://atr.asean.org) and be congruent with requirements under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA). Once launched, this will be a free-to-access online information platform that provides all the latest trade regulations and information that businesses need to export and import to and from Viet Nam. The VNTR will contain important information, such as preferential tariffs under FTAs which Viet Nam is a party to, Rules of Origin for each commodity under different FTAs, NTMs applied to imported – exported goods, as well as trade and customs related laws and regulations, etc. which are searchable through a search function using the Harmonized System (HS) Codes.
