The agenda is as follows: To approve the draft minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Saturday June 03rd 2020 To conduct the ballot to elect the Board of Directors for 2021. Meet the 2021 Nominees HERE To receive the 2020 Annual Report To adopt the 2020 Accounts To discuss and vote on proposed changes to the BritCham Vietnam Constitution, (if any) To appoint the Chairs and Vice Chairs Any other business BritCham members have previously elected board directors through voting on the day at a physical AGM and advance votes. Due to the virtual nature of the AGM this year, voting will be conducted online using ‘Election Runner’. The main representative in each member company will receive an invitation to vote for a maximum 14 board directors and vote for or against the proposed changes to the constitution. Instructions will be available on the ballot page once you have access to vote online.
