Perth-based Two Svge’s sunnies have built a cult following among fashion-forward tradies as well as music festival attendees across the globe. Now, the six-year-old company is hoping to ring in a juicy payday for its owners.
Street Talk understands Two Svge’s founders and shareholders, the 30-something Nolan brothers, have mandated boutique Miles Advisory Partners to find a growth partner for the direct-to-consumer retailer, after recording a huge growth spurt in the 2025 financial year.
Sources said the Nolans, who were career stunt riders before becoming tradies, are keen to remain involved in the business but are seeking a private equity partner to help build out the operations side of the business.
The Australian sharemarket closed above the key 8600-point mark for the first time on record as investors bought retail stocks ahead of an expected interest rate cut by the Reserve Bank next week.
