👉 BitMEX Launches Spot Trading After 8 Years

Crypto derivatives exchange BitMEX has expanded its platform to include spot trading, after 8 years of providing derivatives products only.

The spot exchange is already live, providing users with the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin, Ether, Chainlink, Uniswap, Polygon, Axie Infinity and Apecoin – all in trading pairs with USDT.

BitMEX has previously ranked as one of the world's top crypto derivatives exchanges, with daily trading volumes of around $841 million.

👉 Terra Community Appears To Be Opposed To Hard Fork Proposal

Terra founder Do Kwon has created a proposal for a hard fork of the blockchain, with a majority of the community appearing to be opposed to the idea.

A preliminary poll in the Terra governance forums has already found 90% of more than 2200 voters in opposition to the proposal, which would create a new version of the blockchain. The new chain would allocate parts of its supply to previous LUNA and UST holders.

Big Four company EY has launched a blockchain-based supply chain management platform on Polygon, currently operating in beta.

The platform is designed to solve bottlenecks in product traceability, providing organizations with the ability to create tokens to represent assets and inventory, then track them across the network.
