eCommerce giant eBay may soon add crypto payment options, according to CEO Jamie Iannone. The addition aims to assist eBay to become the go-to platform for Millennials and Gen Z.
eBay has a long history of involvement or consideration of crypto, attempting to integrate Bitcoin payments as early as 2014. An official announcement may be made at the upcoming eBay investor's day on March 10.
Recent analysis from Bank of America (BoA) claims that there will not be a "crypto winter" over the next several months, due to a high level of user adoption and development activity growing.
Despite the claim, BoA also mentioned that they expect the upside in the crypto market to still be capped over the next half-year, due to monetary policy tightening by the Federal Reserve.
