Coinbase revealed the information in a blog post today, claiming that the company had repeatedly attempted to engage with the SEC over the Lend product, to no avail. The SEC has refused to share the reasoning behind the lawsuit, leaving Coinbase and the wider cryptocurrency community stumped at the seemingly hostile move. NBA star Stephen Curry has reached an ambassador deal with cryptocurrency exchange FTX, including an equity stake in the company. The deal follows partnerships with other sports stars including Tom Brady and Trevor Lawrence. Curry's foundation "Eat.Learn.Play." will also partner with FTX on charitable initiatives.
