Colombia’s Central Bank Profits

Colombia’s Central Bank profits decreased in 2021.

On 02/25, the Board of Directors of Colombia’s Central Bank approved the financial statements for 2021. For 2021, the Central Bank obtained a profit of COP 632 billions, lower by COP 6,851 billions than what was obtained in 2020, due to the significant decrease in the performance of international reserves. Profits in 2020 were COP 7,483 billions, in 2019 they were COP 7,148 billions and in 2018 they were COP 2,241 billions
