| | MEDIA WINNER: Laura Ingraham Fox News’ Laura Ingraham has been crushing her 10 p.m. competition night after night, reinforcing her status as the most-watched female host on cable news. Ingraham raked in 2.14 million total viewers on Thursday, beating Lawrence O’Donnell’s 1.22 million and far outpacing CNN Tonight’s 433,000 viewers. In the key 25-54 age demographic, Ingraham pulled in a solid 307,000 viewers, easily beating O’Donnell’s 107,000 and CNN’s 86,000. The night before, Ingraham scored an average of 2 million total viewers, beating her time slot competition yet again. Ingraham also came out on top in the key age demo, scoring an average of 233,000, which is almost more than CNN and MSNBC's averages combined. She landed an average of 357,000 viewers in the critical 25-54 age demographic on Friday, helping Fox News crush network competition yet again. Fox News scored a key demographic average of 266,000 on Friday — beating CNN and MSNBC combined. Props to Ingragam for consistently topping the competition in the 10 p.m. slot, while maintaining her status as the most-watched female host on cable news. |

| MEDIA LOSER: Joe Rogan Joe Rogan defended Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) against those criticizing comments she made about Israel as anti-Semitic -- with a strange and offensive comparison of stereotypes. In an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience that aired last week, Rogan argued that it was “ridiculous” that Omar had been accused of anti-Semitism over her past comments on Israel. Omar has since apologized for pushing tropes about Jewish people and money, but Republicans voted to have her removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee on the basis of those remarks. In a misguided attempt to defend Omar, Rogan echoed stereotypes about the Jewish people -- while the congresswoman was commenting on the nation of Israel. “The idea that Jewish people are not into money is ridiculous," he said. "That’s like saying Italians aren’t into pizza. It’s f*cking stupid.” Big yikes. Rogan has drawn his own scrutiny in the past for his comments about Jews and glossing over the anti-Semitism pushed by others. The podcaster amplified a comparison between vaccine mandates and the Holocaust, complained about the stigma surrounding Jewish tropes, and called Kanye West a victim of “censorship” during his anti-Semitic meltdown. |
