On the Menu Plate 108 kicks off St. Patrick's Day celebration Greer culinary school Plate 108 will be kicking off its St. Patrick's Day celebrations with a four-course gastro-pub inspired meal demonstration on Tuesday, March 17, from 6 to 9 p.m. The $65 dinner class includes Irish beer cheese nachos, gnocchi with curry mustard and corned beef, fish and chips, beet and cucumber salad with malt vinegar aioli, Guinness lamb stew, macaroons and paired beers.
