MSK Integrative Medicine is here to support you in the weeks ahead. |  | The health and safety of our patients, caregivers, and staff is our top priority here at MSK. As clinicians and leaders in the field of Integrative Oncology, we must do our part to help stop the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
We have cancelled all in-person group activities, personal wellness appointments, and private therapy sessions until further notice. We will continue to make updates as our guidelines evolve.
As healthcare providers, it is also important that we assist you in reducing stress and anxiety, improving coping, and living actively during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Our team has mobilized quickly to offer new online mind-body classes starting on March 26th. We would like to hear more about your needs and what services we can bring to you at home.

 | Calming the Mind During Coronavirus |  | Mindfulness meditation involves staying in the present moment without dwelling in the past or future. In this four-week class, we will practice techniques to help manage worry, recurring thoughts, and restlessness.
Schedule: Thursday afternoons, March 26th to April 16th 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Monday evenings, March 30th to April 20th 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
