Can I double stack jars in the canner?

Hi Achternaam,

It all started with a dream.

My husband and I dreamed of living a quiet, simple life with a small house in the woods, including a big shop for him and a little barn for me. Well, the dream is happening! In the past few years, we've moved our little homestead from a western desert where irrigation is a part of life to the eastern woods where God waters the ground! As the summer starts winding down, I'm just so thankful for all of our experiences here so far.

Through the years, hunting has been such an important part of our lifestyle as well. With a house full of boys, we've gotten to enjoy so much freshly harvested venison and other wild game.
