FORECAST IN DETAIL It’s going to get pretty wild over the next few days — a big warm-up, the wettest weather since late September and maybe even thunderstorms. We settle into normal-ish weather by late this week, but uncertainty increases this weekend with a chance for another major storm system. Today (Tuesday): Showers and clouds dominate as winds from the south at 10-15 mph with higher gusts at times, pushing high temperatures into the mid-60s — 10-15 degrees above normal. We could pick up about a quarter- to half-inch of rain today. Confidence: High Tonight: Mostly cloudy and much warmer with temperatures only cooling to the middle to upper 50s range (potentially holding at 60 in the city). Light showers still pop in and out, but mainly light totals from a trace to a tenth of an inch expected. Breezy with winds from the southwest at 10-15 mph.
