JT Insurance Services (Canada) Inc. ("JT") is a leading Vancouver, BC-based specialty insurance brokerage founded in 1969. Known for its expertise and superior customer service, JT's product offerings include commercial insurance, personal lines insurance, and risk management consulting. James and Sheri Clay will continue with Axis Insurance in key leadership roles and retain an ownership interest in the combined entity.

Based in Vancouver, BC, Axis Insurance ("Axis") is a full-service brokerage firm specializing in personal insurance, commercial insurance, life and employee benefits, as well as wealth advisory service. Axis is backed by Lee Equity Partners, a New York-based private equity firm.

Capital West acted as exclusive financial advisor to JT on the transaction.
