Though you may be busy, allowing yourself to get caught up in resistance can only slow you down and exhaust your energy. Instead, you can channel this frenetic feeling to allow you to accomplish more. Today, instead of letting your obligations tie you into knots, imagine that it is instead the build up to a launch and work toward the perfect release. Channeling your energy begins with connecting and anchoring yourself in your center. When your energy is anchored, the feeling of spinning wheels and going in circles will decrease. Then, breathe deeply and allow yourself to be detached while you examine all that needs to be done without judgment. From this perspective, you will be able to see your priorities and know the best order to follow. Writing it down provides you with a map, which will keep you from getting lost in the process. Then, we can launch ourselves into the day by placing the entire list and process into the hands of the universe. Trust that the details will fall into place, there is a reason for delays, and all that truly needs to get done will be done.
