You may find yourself feeling tempted to make impulse buys, overreacting to innocent comments made by others, or feeling unbalanced in your relationships. You may find it helpful to spend some quiet time alone so you can gain control of your emotions, and engage in a calming meditation to help you release tension and encourage serenity. Simply close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply, and release all worries from your mind. You can repeat a calming mantra on each exhale, such as "peace," or just focus on your breath and let it calm you.
