Louisiana operations receive electric car-related funds

The plants were tapped as part of a U.S. Energy Department initiative to boost battery production domestically. No one is happy about Baton Rouge's proposed stormwater fee, and the discontent now apparently extends to the mayor-president. She says she was misled about why there was a sudden urgency to impose fees on residents to shore up the region's stormwater network. How cold was it this morning?
