The Trump administration might be subjecting H-1B applicants from India to greater scrutiny than applicants from other nations, according to a report from the National Foundation for American Policy. US Citizenship and Immigration Services demanded supplementary documentation from 72% of Indian applicants from July to September 2017, compared with an average of 61% of those from other countries, the report says.
