It weakened past the crucial R17.50 level to reach R17.60. The dollar also strengthened against other maor currencies, with the market likely to pay close attention to Fed speakers this week. This has ruffled feathers in the commodity space, with gold below the $1,900 level at $1,872 per ounce. As TreasuryONE highlights, that's well be low recent levels above $1,950 per ounce. PGMs and Brent Crude have also been weaker. Have a productive Tuesday! |
