Naked truth: Unusual crime rocks small Georgia town Allenhurst, Georgia has less than 700 residents, which is why word travels fast when something significant happens. And this week, it looked as if a major crime had just unfolded in the middle of this small, unsuspecting town. Residents discovered what appeared to be the body of a woman lying near the railroad tracks that criss-cross the town, and deputies were gathered to make sure a proper investigation was conducted. But once the coroner arrived, they realized they had been fooled. As it turns out, the body wasn’t a real person at all. In reality, it was an “anatomically-correct” blowup doll that was casually discarded near the tracks. I guess it turns out that the only crime going on in Allenhurst is littering! Instead of using a dummy to commit the crime of littering, why not use one to build a successful business? Tap or click here to see how one woman made her fortune from old department store mannequins. → |
