WARNING: Someone is sending a scam text

We have received warning that customers are receiving a fake text from Hemmings, urging them to sign in to the site to see updates. This is a scam. The sender is trying to steal personal information. We are working right now to report the scam to the appropriate authorities and address it. Please, do not click any unfamiliar links from text messages.

The only time Hemmings sends texts is if you have opted into them for auction notifications. You can review your actual text notification settings here: https://www.hemmings.com/auctions/account/settings/notifications.

If you did provide your information to the scammer, we'd suggest you log into Hemmings and promptly change your password. If you use that password elsewhere, you should also change it there.
