As we do our work, it is easy to assume the worst: People are lazy, their intentions aren't good, they lie.
You'll find that if you assume the best, if you give your best, then things just work better. Call it love, call it positive intent, it spreads.
The net of it is that everyone does better, they take pride and feel good.
These little steps towards helping people feel better about their work, celebrating small wins, is how you can affect change at scale. Our friend BJ Fogg, uses this approach for changing behavior. We all want big changes, but the best way to achieve this is to start small.
Give Love, Take Pride.
CELEBRATE WINS
Anniversaries are great opportunities to celebrate and reinforce culture. The opportunity is to remind people about the beliefs, mindsets, and behaviors that got you where you are, and at the same time, spell out what will deliver success over the coming year(s). Below is a photo of the third-anniversary celebration this week at Miami Cancer Institute. Miami’s premier cancer treatment center.
