OUR LADY SEAT OF WISDOM STATUE (ANTIQUE FINISH) Hand-painted in rich antiqued rose and teal colors, this statue depicts Our Blessed Lady holding the Child Jesus. The title "Seat of Wisdom" is an ancient Marian title that recalls the book of Wisdom where Christ is spoken of as the Divine Wisdom. It achieved prominence during the Middle Ages and was added to the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The statue is made of resin and measures 16 1/2". Imported from South America.
