Vocal quartet, Women of the World, are returning to the Series with a free Neighborhood Arts digital concert Thursday, April 15, at 7:30pm EDT.
The group will present "Global Voices United," a program that celebrates the beauty in the diverse ways that people from different cultures express themselves through song. The program will feature traditional songs and spirituals from around the world, paired with works written by Luigi Astore, Riccardo Morbelli, and Nanni Svampa.
The performance will be livestreamed from Futura Productions in Roslindale with help from The Loop Lab, and will feature a live Q&A with the artists immediately following the premiere.

Women of the World performed a unique blend of world music at the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology on Thursday, March 7, 2019.
The quartet drew influences from countries like India, Haiti, Italy, Japan, and beyond, to create a truly global sound.
Women of the World is an ensemble of musicians from different corners of the globe. By making music together, they have made a beautiful friendship. In this spirit, they hope to celebrate the beauty of diversity.
