This Saturday CHAC Gallery has an Aztec Mask Making workshop from 12 pm to 1 pm for children and families.
Masks are used in mesoamerican cultures to give the wearer a new identity and new strengths. Masks are a part of some Dia de Los Muertos traditions as a way to honor the ancestors.
