The chakra system can appear new agey and obscure, but when we replace the metaphorical language of “spinning discs” with “nerve plexuses” and consider how closely our organ systems relate to the chakras, we can begin to understand them from a more modern and scientific perspective - as Anat explains in her talk.
Understanding the chakras means understanding ourselves on a whole new level. Everything in and around us is made of energy – including thoughts, nature and love. Nikola Tesla said, “If you want to understand the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”.
