| Primetals leaving Worcester for Sutton | |
More than a month after Sutton voters approved a 15-year tax increment financing agreement for a new facility, Worcester metal manufacturer Primetals made their move to the town official.
The company currently operates two facilities in Worcester: one at 40 Crescent St. and another at 50 Prescott St. in Gateway Park. Both facilities will be close and consolidate under one roof in Sutton.

Reliant Medical Group willknock down the former Price Chopper grocery store off Route 9 in Shrewsbury and build a new medical office facility, the owner of the plaza said.
Reliant will build a 32,000-square-foot facility in its place that is scheduled to open by March 2019.
Demolition of the former grocery store is expected to start in April. The Price Chopper at 380 Maple Ave. closed in 2010 when the chain opened a new location two miles east at 731 Boston Turnpike.

Two of the Central Massachusetts' best chefs and former rivals are now on the same team.
Chris O'Harra, former executive chef of the Flying Rhino on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, has been hired by Maddi's Cookery and TapHouse, a new restaurant slated for Worcester's Canal District opening this spring in the former Perfect Game spot.
Maddi's is the second restaurant from Adam Hicks, owner of Milford comfort food eatery Depot Street Tavern.
