Chaos on the interstate amid icy conditions in Lake Charles

Drivers reported being stuck for hours on two main bridges leading into and out of Lake Charles on Monday. The 210 bridge, which runs past the casinos, remained closed Tuesday morning, according to a DOTD spokesperson.
