Tapping Into Data for AI Development
Machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) are related, but as a developer of enterprise software, I look at AI as one of the outcomes of machine learning. You teach the software to come to conclusions in new situations by feeding it the right sample data.
If you’re doing AI, the most important thing you need is data. And if you’re an individual developer, you alone can’t produce enough data to teach the system. One of the things that Oracle’s cloud machine learning and AI service provides is data behind the scenes. So developers can simply select the right kind of data for the use case they’re building—and that’s an enormous benefit for developers using cloud technologies.

One use case that works very well is the chatbot, because it’s about conversational user interfaces. Read the articles below for ideas on how to get started with chatbots.
