| Good morning, Marketer, would you rather herd cats or get your ducks in a row? The reaction to ChatGPT is bigger than anything I’ve ever seen, and justifiably so. Its ability to produce clearly written content on demand is astounding. Now Microsoft says it is going to have creator OpenAI build AI tools for all its products. A smart step that others have already taken. While OpenAI is being very level-headed about the program’s capabilities, others are not. A quick Google search produces claims that ChatGTP means the end of everything — from scriptwriters to Google itself. In these cases people are indulging in the kind of fantastic invention that is ChatGPT’s biggest problem: It presents as facts things it made up. The reality of ChatGPT is incredible.
